The Hunter Valley wine region is an easy hour and a half drive north of Sydney. The amazing country side welcomes any visitor to the area will rolling hills filled with rows of vines. Cellar doors and exclusive wines for any pallet from Australia's major companies like McGuigan, Wyndham Estate just to name a few. My personal favorite is the Sweet and Lovely red wine from Kevin Sobels Winery in Pokolbin.

The Hunter Valley isnt just a place to relax and taste wine it has a hub of other activities you can do, one being baloon flights. I was fortunate to do a flight on sunrise with Balloon Aloft. Was an amazing morning, more images from the flight can be seen in the gallery.
