For all those wondering what gear Ken shoots with at the moment we you can wonder no longer. He has put out a 17 min + video about three of this cameras. The Linhof, Phase One and the Roundshot.
I have looked at the Roundshots before as they come up on ebay every now and again. Amazing camera. I bump into Ken quite often each year shooting in and around the Central Coast, would love to see that camera in action. Look at the tripod he puts it on… I feel sorry for his assistant who has to carry that thing around for him.

i like long videos like this haha, hmm do you blend shots when its over 4 stops of light? can you get ND grads more than 4 stops ?
Hey Mitch… no I haven’t blended two images before. Not to say that I wouldn’t. Haven’t heard of a 4 stop grad filter. Just stack a 3 and a 1 and your done. 🙂 thats what I have done in the past… I actually blended a 3 and 2 for a shot once the light was so nuts.
Interesting to hear him say that he thinks the future of photogrpahy is 3D… It’l be interesting to see if this comes true or not…
