Frequently Asked Questions

Can I get a refund or exchange on my order?

We make all our products from scratch in our own photo lab. So refunds and exchanges are not available. If an item has been purchased from our E Shop then they can be returned for store credit or exchanged.

Can you ship overseas ?

Yes, we do it all the time. We offer customers a flat rate postage cost of $35 on photo and canvas only orders. For orders of framed photos or acrylic orders over 30 inch, we will need to give you a custom quote on shipping. But the website will accept international orders of framed, acrylic and canvas 30 inch in size and smaller.

Is my order protected against loss or damage ?

Yes absolutely, this dosen’t happen often, but if it does, you will never be asked to pay for anything regarding the return or replacement of your order. It is up to us to make sure you get it safe. We pack everything very well.

How long will my order take ?

Because we own and run our own photo lab we can process your order very quickly. Usually your order will be complete within 5 – 7 working days. Larger orders can take longer and we will let you know. If you have a deadline then please include that in your order notes and we will meet it.

When I place my order ?

When you place your order online the website will email you a receipt. If you don’t get it please check your junk folder as it likes going in there. When your order is shipped we will email you letting you know it is complete and your tracking number. We don’t send invoices with your order.
