I don’t know why but for some reason this image has always appealed to me. Is it the orange sand, the mix of colours, the morning light on the pine trees, who knows. It certainly hasn’t sold like other images of mine, but I find quite often it is the slow achieving photos in your collection that can be some of your personal favorites.

Classic ML shot. 1 sec i bet you had a few shots exactly like this and chose this one because of the wave to the right of frame, I think that makes this shot as well as the glowing surf club.

My best selling photograph is one that i’m not extremely happy with, and some of my favourite photographs haven’t really had much attention paid to them. Each to their own, I suppose.
Theres no doubt its a great shot, and the light is perfect. Id kinda prefer it without the trees though, i feel like they throw the balance of the shot off. But as you say, each to their own! 🙂
