Thanks Matt… not sure what you mean by shooting in portrait mode giving varied exposures. You should be shooting in Manual not AV for all your shots.

I think I got the wrong end of the stick:) I thought that was your camera in portrait mode (i.e. the exposure setting on the dial). When I read your reply, it made sense, the camera was held in portrait format which is normal for getting bigger image sizes. It would still make a good tutorial though, for April 1st!
