Your typical clear morning sunrise shot on the Fotoman 624. Out teaching on this morning showing Tim Wrate the ropes of shooting slide film with his Fuji GX617 (105mm lens). He has been getting some cracking stuff recently as well, I just scanned it and will be sending it back to him on Monday. Tim’s got some really nice stuff on digital as well. He will be a photographer to keep your eye on thats for sure to enjoy his future work, especially with a 617 in his hands.

Different people, different philosophy ,and different way to shoot.
Very nice work. Where is Norah Head? I followed the southern NSW Coast in 2009, but don’t remember this area. Thanks.
Hi roteague, you will find that Norah Head is on the Central NSW Coast, a short 10-15 minutes drive north of the Entrance.
Thanks, I guess I didn’t read the caption close enough. I haven’t been to that part of the coast yet … worth remembering if I do.
Thanks Matt, humbling words mate! Loving the Fuji though, it’s an absolute joy to photograph with!
The Fuji is quite a nice camera. I’ve never really gotten into that format; it’s a wonderful format, but not simple to shoot. I shoot mainly 5×4, although I’ve started to add 6×12 to the mix.
